Welcome to OOLAE! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to OOLAE. By using our services or participating in our affiliate/referral programs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK].
1. Accounts & Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.
Accounts are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered user.
2. Products, Orders & Payments
Product appearances may vary; descriptions and prices are subject to change.
Orders are confirmed only when accepted by OOLAE.
You are responsible for accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
3. Affiliate & Referral Program
Affiliates must comply with all program rules and advertising laws, including disclosure requirements.
Approved promotion channels include websites, social media, and email marketing.
Marketing materials may only be used according to OOLAE’s brand guidelines.
Commissions are earned per program rules and may be withheld for fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
OOLAE may terminate participation at any time for violations or inactivity.
4. Intellectual Property
All OOLAE branding, content, and materials are owned by OOLAE or licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Affiliates may use approved branding materials only as directed.
5. Feedback & Content
Any feedback or content you submit to OOLAE can be used royalty-free, worldwide, and in any format.
Affiliates are responsible for the content they create and must avoid unlawful or misleading material.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
Services and products are provided “as is.”
OOLAE is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Services or participation in the affiliate program.
7. Termination
OOLAE may terminate your access or affiliate participation at any time without notice.
Clauses regarding intellectual property, liability, and feedback survive termination.
8. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws where OOLAE is headquartered.
OOLAE may update these Terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
